ORDERS

Q: When do you ship out orders?
A: We operate Monday to Friday with the exception of public holidays. As soon as Last Resort AB has received your order and payment we will try our best to ship it to you in the shortest time possible. During sale period and new releases it may take longer time than normal for us. 

Q: Can I update my order after it’s been placed?
A: Once an order is submitted and confirmed, changes cannot be made. Please be sure to verify all pertinent information before finalising your order.

SHIPPING

Q: Will you ship to a PO Box/military addresses?
A: At this time, our courier is unable to ship to both PO boxes and military addresses.

Q: How long does it take for me to receive a package?
A: It depends, but usually 1-3 business days for the UK,  2-5 business days for Europe, and 3-10 business days for the rest of the World.

Q: Why am I being charged extra/ Why is my delivery taking longer?
A: Delivery outside of the EU may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility. If so, the shipping company may contact you once your items are in customs to let you know the cost. This may also delay your delivery time.

PAYMENT

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: Visa, Maestro, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.

RETURNS

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We will accept returns on items that are purchased via www.lastresortab.com. We do not accept returns on accessories and undergarments. Items must be in perfect condition, unworn with all original tags attached and returned within 14 days after you’ve received your package. Customers are responsible for shipping costs with the exception of faulty items. 

Q: How does your refund process work?
A: For a full refund, fill out the returns form included with your order. If you are missing your form or if you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact us on shop@lastresortab.com

EXCHANGES

Q: Can you exchange an item if the size doesn’t fit?
A: No, we do not make any exchanges. What you can do is return the item, and make a new order.
