“Vulcanized Model” – (VM) is the origins, where it all began. In 2020 we set out to create what is now known as Last Resort AB. Our first model, the VM001 has since then become a staple in our collections and represents the core of our vision. The VM line is defined by an inherently Scandinavian approach – understated designs with quiet functionality. What we mean by that is incorporating equal parts function and looks. Our shoes have built-in reinforcements for prolonged durability as well as thoughtfully designed constructions that take grip/cushioning and boardfeel in mind - without screaming about it. Last Resort AB is all about refining dimensions, adding character by reduction and re-imagining context, a methodology dirctly adopted from skateboarding. A “Skate-Centric“ view which has come to define our silhouette.
